After 25,000 counseling sessions and counting, I’ve come to believe the essence of this work is connection, non-judgement, skill building, learning to love all that we find within ourselves, and finding simple and elegant solutions. I continue to be fascinated by how each of us works to find ways to celebrate the struggle that is life, as well as by the work of Joseph Campbell and Carl Jung.

New Orleans born and bred (which probably has influenced everything I am and do way more than I realize), Over the past 25 years I have been honored to guide clients as they navigate their own journeys over a wide range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, stress, re-connecting to one’s authentic self, boundary setting, communication, conflict resolution, and re-kindling sexual intimacy.
